Service Fees

Xdrive provides you with online storage, file sharing, and other features as a subscription service. When you initially sign up, we give you a complimentary 15-day trial period to check out how easy it is to securely manage your data using Xdrive.

You are only eligible for one free trial from Xdrive.

Your 15-day trial includes your Xdrive Plus Basic account with 5GB of space. Once your 15-day trial period ends, we will begin to bill you for your Xdrive subscription automatically. If you cancel your account at any time during your trial period, you will not be billed by Xdrive.

After your trial period has ended, your Xdrive Plus subscription will cost $9.95 per month. If you need more space, you can easily change your subscription level at any time by logging in using Xdrive Web and selecting the My Account section. Please remember that if you choose to change your service level during the free trial, you will be billed immediately.

You can also choose to upgrade to an Xdrive Annual Subscription. When you choose an annual subscription package, you receive 12 months of Xdrive Plus service for the price of 10 months.
