Adding and Removing Space |
You can easily adjust the amount of space available in your Xdrive by updating your subscription. First, login to your account using Xdrive Web. To update your Xdrive subscription, please follow these steps:
Select
My Account from the Folder Tree on the
left-hand side of the screen to access your Profile.
Click on
Manage Space to change your subscription
and allocate additional storage space to your account.

You have a choice of whether you wish to pay for your
subscription annually or monthly. If you choose the annual payment option,
you get 12 months for the price of 10.
If you are a free
trial user, your free trial includes the Xdrive 5GB Basic Subscription
only. If you decide to upgrade to a subscription with more space, you
will be charged for the upgraded subscription immediately at a pro-rated
amount.
From the Manage Space page, choose the Xdrive subscription with the amount of space that you need. We currently offer 5GB and 10 GB plans and have recently added the 20 GB and 50 GB subscriptions. Click Here to contact us directly for pricing on these new plans.
After selecting the subscription that's right for you, enter your account password to confirm the change.
Click on
the
button at the bottom of the page to complete the
change. A confirmation message will appear in the display area. We will
also send you a confirmation via e-mail.
If you're paying for more space than you need, you can easily return to an Xdrive subscription with less space at any time.
Click on Manage Space from the Folder Tree on the left-hand side of the screen.
After selecting the new subscription that's right for you, enter your account password to confirm the change.
Click on
the
button at the bottom of the page to complete the
change. A confirmation message will appear in the Display Area. Xdrive
will also send you a confirmation via e-mail.
